In addition to offering you fully recycled/recylable cardboard, 100% plastic free and paper packaging , we've chosen a carbon-neutral, eco-responsible carrier, to ship your orders anywhere in the world.
We use standard shipping for our orders for minimal environmental impact.
Change of mind?
Orders are processed & shipped within 2-3 business days to allow any edits.
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to edit or cancel it.
Please note:
In some cases such as public holidays or sale periods, processing time might take slightly longer.
Transit time may vary due to weather or general carrier delays for which naaja cannot guarantee a delivery date.
naaja is not responsible for any lost orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address such as missing unit number, invalid street name, city, state or postal code.

If a package goes missing in transit, we’ll always support you.
Once the carrier officially confirms that the parcel is lost, we will gladly resend your order or issue a refund.
However, if a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided. In these cases, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement, even if the parcel cannot be located. We encourage you to check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office for further assistance.
Some government restrictions or inability to ship/regular difficulties have led us to not be able to ship to the following destinations :
Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
We sincerely apologise and wish that this is no longer an issue in the near future.
